Andaltec has developed its own lighting modules. These modules have unique characteristics in the automotive market and can be adapted to the customer’s needs.

Andaltec can offer a wide variety of style options in its lighting modules and can be fully customizable. Despite the high flexibility all the optics modules are being developed taking into account the different regulations. Some of its new developments have an optical lighting output with very reduced height, which are unusual in the market.

This technological innovation allows the development of products with singular characteristics for the automotive lighting sector, offering high technical performances for lighting and comfort. This technique provides the designer a high degree of flexibility and gives a customised and distinguishing style to the device while it is switched on, off or with “welcome” function, multiplying the design possibilities depending on the style needs of the car manufacturers.

We can carry out the complete validation plan of the product and its homologation.

Andaltec is specialized in the production of reduced amounts of cars. This is up to 50-100 units.
If the quantity of products needed is higher, we help the customer to choose the correct company to be in charge of the serial production.

A unique module with both functions Low Beam and High Beam.

It is configured with LEDs Light module made with low beam and high beam functions for medium/high range performances. 

Mechanical and electrical elements can be far away from the lighting function and so space problems can be solved. 

This is its configuration:

  • 4 LED Light modules made with 2 Low Beam modules and 2 High Beam modules for high range performances

We call it “floating function” because mechanical and electrical parts are hidden in a lower or upper position and the only thing that can be seen is the illuminated surface.

It is configured in this way, but it can be modified if it is needed:

  • 5 LED Light modules made with 3 Low Beam modules and 2 High Beam modules for high range performances

LED Light module made Spot distribution to enhance High Beam range performances. It works combined with BiFunction module or Slim Lens modules. It is made with 4 LED.

Very narrow design that allows it to be included in small spaces and with an aggressive and innovative image.

Its dimensions can be modified playing with the space needed and the optics performances.

Slim lens modules can be configured and arranged in a very varied way:

  • 3 LED Light modules made with 2 Low Beam modules and 1 High Beam module for medium range performances
  • 4 LED Light modules made with 2 Low Beam modules and 2 High Beam modules for high range performances
  • 2 LED Light modules made with ONLY 1 Low Beam module and 1 High Beam module for high range performances
  • Slim 90º – 4 LED Light modules made with 2 Low Beam modules and 2 High Beam modules for medium range performances
  • Vertical slim – 1 vertical LED Light module made with low beam and high beam functions for medium range performances
Pixel lighting with a panel of LEDs. The drivers are programmed so that the LEDs turn off or on, avoiding the damping of other cars or pedestrians.

It is configured with 1 LED Light module made with 1 MATRIX High Beam module for high range performances.
