Andaltec has its own electronic area. We can develop full electronic projects for lightning and signalling.

Nowadays, LEDs are the main illumination devices and complex electronic systems are needed to monitor their activity.

In this way, Andaltec can develop:

• Linear and DC/DC drivers for automotive lighting
• RTOC software programming tested to work with BCM
• Massive LED flexboards and PCB’s
• EMC and electronic validation management
• Latest driver: dynamic animations or matrix control

In addition, rapid electronic mock-ups can be built.

This is possible with LED PCBA FR4 or MSI design, double layer, fully assembled and tested in 48h for commercial LEDs.

Our electronic lab is well equipped:

Digital oscilloscopes, signal generators, power supplies, soldering stations, ribbon bonding, UV station, curing oven, semi automatic pick&place and soldering paste machine.
