Automotive parts are usually built by injection molding with plastic materials. So, the Andaltec team is highly specialized in the injection process. In this way, plastics parts are designed taking into account design rules and recommendations for injection molding. Once the design is finished and even during the design phase, simulations ensure their manufacturability and durability and so the metal mold can be built.

Andaltec can do the fine tuning for injection molds and so set the parameters and modifications for the molds. This is new mold testing and Injection improvements. Finally, the mold is ready to go in a final factory.

In addition, Andaltec can follow tasks for injection RFQ support and mold tracker.
